Service Delivery Specialist Derbyshire Reporting to Service Delivery Manager Implementing an IS Service Delivery Structure, Supporting Services to several thousand end users at locations throughout Europe over multi platform environment Responsibilities Include: Defining Model Service Level Agreements Negotiating Service Level Agreements with internal & external Service Providers Working with Application Development Teams to negotiate End user Service Level Agreements Developing & Implementing a Service Reporting Structure (to IS & End Users) Working with Service Providers to ensure performance against Service Level Agreements Experience & Skills Required Understanding of ITIL Service management methodology approach (or similar) 2 Years + Experience of IS Service Delivery Management in a large multi platform environment Specific experience in negotiating & Managing IS Service Level Agreements Experience of Multi National Operation Management Reporting
